These Terms apply to all searches, enquiries, assisted quotations, booking requests, traveller details, documents, payments, cancellations, refunds and support interactions made through The Holidays Group website, phone, WhatsApp, email, office desk or authorised support channels in India.

Customers agree that booking confirmations, support updates, invoices, policy notices, payment links and supplier updates may be sent through website dashboard, email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls or other electronic communication channels. Electronic records and communication logs may be used for booking support, dispute review and legal compliance as permitted under Indian law.

Customer and traveller information is processed as explained in the Privacy Policy. By submitting details, the customer authorises The Holidays Group to use and share necessary data with suppliers, payment gateways, visa partners, support teams and authorities where required for the requested travel service.
